Wine Time launched 3 years ago in collaboration with Helen McGinn (knackered mother) and Kat Farmer (does my bum look 40) in celebration of their Wine Time series on instagram.
The 55 represents the Bordeaux Wine Official Classification which was created in 1855 in order to rank the top wines from the Médoc region. These classifications are still influential today - Premier or Grand Cru anyone!
