Shipping details for EU customers

We remove UK VAT from all EU orders, so you won't pay UK tax at checkout. Instead, your country's local VAT, together with any applicable customs duties and customs processing charges, will be collected by your local postal service before your parcel is delivered. These charges are set by your local customs authority and aren't something we're able to control.

From 1 July 2026, the EU has introduced a temporary additional customs processing charge which may apply to your parcel. This charge is set by the EU and is not collected by FWP by Rae.

Any import charges are payable directly to your local customs authority or delivery company before your parcel is delivered.
