Our Florence dress returns for her third year in deep liquorice brown - a colour that somehow manages to feel rich, effortless and surprisingly wearable all at once.

Made from the same soft cotton and linen blend you’ve loved before, we’ve updated her slightly this season with adjustable straps using a much neater hidden function, avoiding traditional plastic adjusters altogether. We’ve also made a few subtle fit refinements throughout, so it’s worth checking the measurements before ordering.

The embroidered bodice and flowing silhouette give Florence that easy throw-on appeal, whilst still feeling special enough for evenings away, summer dinners and everything in between.

I love her styled casually with oversized knits, flat sandals or our Sienna jacket during the day, but she works just as beautifully dressed up with lots of jewellery and a slightly sun-kissed face.

And once summer disappears, she’s the kind of dress that still works layered with boots and a sweatshirt thrown over the shoulders.
