Cara Wrap Blouse Pascale Painted Petals

Cara was born from our Alice Wrap Dress.

I knew some women loved the fit and idea of Alice, but found the shorter length a little out of their comfort zone. I tried making her longer, but every version kept drifting slightly too frumpy - and nobody wants that. So instead, I took everything I loved about Alice and turned her into a blouse.

This year we’ve fully leant into the design and given Cara the exact same fit as Alice, with the same statement sleeves and a slightly lower waistline. Last year’s shirred cuff has also gone, giving the sleeve a softer, more dramatic shape that feels much more balanced.

Our Painted Petals print was created in collaboration with one of my best friends, @thepascaleedit, who has been a huge fan of the Alice dress from the very beginning, so working on this together felt very fitting.

If you want an easy blouse that still brings a bit of drama, Cara is for you.

Personally, I love her with loose, baggy or wide-leg denim, but she works just as beautifully with relaxed linen trousers or white shorts in warmer weather.
