Cheval Blanc is one of the top Bordeaux vineyards. The Summer of 1947 had such extreme weather, it’s a miracle that this vintage ended up being bottled and sold. However, the outcome was so sublime that it elevated the Château to the ranks of the Bordeaux elite, and along with Petrus put the right bank on equal footing with the left bank in terms of the 1855 classifications.
A case of Cheval Blanc 1947 was sold at a Christies auction for $147,000, and along with ‘Screaming Eagle‘ Robert Parker gave this wine his highest score of 100 points.
Another fact, it was mentioned in Disney’s ‘Ratatouille’ as the wine critic Anton Ego orders a bottle to accompany ‘some fresh clear well-seasoned prospective’
I’m just a sucker for a horse silhouette on clothing, even though I’m terrified of the real thing. This tee works with everything, has been distressed with a glint of gold in the eye and year. Wear with cowboy boots for extra effect.

Originally part of my brand launch in March 2017, I wanted to give the design a new retro feel. Being a huge fan of vintage signs, I took the inspiration from 70's drink labels. I love the vintage rock look of this t-shirt. It's a really flattering shape with a rolled up sleeve. It sits really well over coated jeans, under a tux or tuck into a skirt and add a sequin bomber. It's the same base tee as the FIZZ so if you're a fan of that then you're on to a winner already. Screaming Eagle 1992 is one of the most expensive bottles of wine ever sold at auction. It was the debut vintage from the now cult Napa Valley winery, and only 175 bottles were ever made. A case of 6 bottles sold at auction for a staggering $500,000 and you can currently snap one up via wine searcher for a bargain of around £15,000! Strangely enough I haven't tried it, but Robert Parker (the Napa loving wine critic) gave it 99/100 points. This is my take on it as I doubt very much I'll ever get to try the real deal....
