Ditsy Tulip floral organic cotton short wrap dress

Short Summer wrap dress with a dramatic balloon shape sleeve. It has a wide pleated tie, and slight gather across the front. Made from a light and airy GOTS organic cotton. The ditsy tulip print has been drawn to resemble the block print technique, but has in fact been screen printed in soft blue, green and lipstick red on a neutral background.
